答:可以这么说,那感觉就像做梦一样,赢得奥运会金牌是一种无法与其他比赛相比的喜悦。当时我心里想:“妈呀,我真的拿到了这个冠军?”不过人生总有起伏,有些事情是不可预见的。在接下来的两三年里,我正处于一个低谷时期,因为伤病和关节囊肿困扰着我。我肩膀上长出了很大的疖子,导致感染,并且形成了一个大洞。当时一位中医博士告诉我那里积聚了30毫升脓液。然而,在那段艰难日子里,只要站在赛场上,就没有任何退缩理由。

问:当你赢得奥运金牌的时候,你周围应该都是赞美声吧?

答:其实并不是这样的。有时候,不了解情况的人可能会发表一些不好的评论。虽然此刻身边应充满鼓励,但现实往往残酷。

问:听说你曾卸载社交软件,是因为承受不了那些负面评价吗?

答:确实如此。在最严重的一段时间内,即使是在赛场上,我也感到害怕。我担心周围人的声音,因此觉得只有获胜才能解脱。但竞技体育谁能做到天天获胜呢?

问: 在之前的人生中,从未面对过舆论压力,这让你的心理状态如何变化?

< p > 答 : 是有很难过的时候,不过更多的是给自己独处思考的问题。握住球拍,只要尽力去拼搏,那么外界怎么说又有什么关系呢! < p >< strong > 问 : 最近两年的训练生活怎样影响你的身体状况? < p > 答 : 我需要克服自身伤病,还必须进行康复性训练,同时提升体能和力量。而这些调整都需要结合专项练习 。 < P >< Strong > 问 :这种状态转变有没有具体节点 ? < P > 答 :或许是在世锦赛团体赛事,当我的对手是一名15岁的小将。如果不能战胜她,对于团队来说就是一种罪责,而临近奥运,更是不容再失利 。

A:"Every attempt requires continuous practice until mastering new techniques becomes possible through muscle memory," she shared. ***How long does it take before achieving what you'd call muscle memory?"*** "It typically takes thousands of repetitions—especially with certain advanced techniques such as reverse flips,” Chen replied. "In outsiders' eyes these seem minor technical changes but perfecting them under competition pressure remains challenging.” *They say there's nearly 100 million deep users engaging with ping pong content online.* “It’s exciting if our efforts encourage more people towards sports participation!” *Have you thought about life after retirement yet?”* “I’d love trying things outside traditional boundaries – perhaps exploring tennis or skateboarding! I hope here kids can chase their dreams.” Do you think you'll differ significantly post-30 than pre-30 years old?” Age doesn’t concern me much—I believe every woman carries her inner youthful spirit regardless! For athletes especially—it’s vital maintaining vitality alongside maturing perspectives toward challenges ahead!"
